All persons who enter and accommodate in our house have to be singed in with passport or identity card, so it's not allowed to invite persons no signed in and accepted by the hosts of Residenza All'Antiquario
Before leaving, though none of the managers is present, leave the keys on the door of the room
The luggage can be left in coustody until the hour of your departure, previous agreement of the host
Please always close the right front door
Please always close and lock the glass door of the stairs after 21:00
Please always close the balcony windows of the living room before going to bed or before you leave, if no other guest is present
Turn off the lights in the corridors and main hall after use or before going to bed, if no other guest is present
Turn off the air conditioning in the room during your absence, we care about the planet!

It’s forbidden to do laundry in the room or in the bathroom. If you need to wash your clothes ask to the hosts, there is a laundry service nearby
If you were to get some damage, however slight, to the structures, objects or other parts of the house, please notify immediately to the managers, so as to facilitate the repair or replacement before the arrival of the next guests
